1970 Jaguar XKE Roadster. DGC3031. VIN# P1R13031. This is a gorgeous car! There are 7 layers of burgundy paint on the body and it looks amazing. The engine runs and sounds awesome. I have only driven this car a short distance, but I was really impressed with how it performed. The chrome, trim, interior, exterior, engine compartment, trunk, and underside are all beautiful on this car. There isn't much that I can point out because it is in great condition. The convertible top we just replaced and it looks awesome. We also had Rich's Custom Upholstery go through the interior. They repadded the seats and freshened it up. When Rich pulled the carpets up, he found that the floor pans needed to be replaced so he did that. This is a show car now. The knock off wire wheels help set off the look of this car. This is a factory air conditioned car. Here in the Northwest it's hard to get anybody to repair air conditioning on old cars. ( I have looked at many 1970 Jaguars for sale, and only found one with power steering and no factory air. ) Another great feature is that it has power steering. How often will you see an XKE Jag, with air conditioning and power steering? The previous owner had this car in his possession for about 13 years. He is the one that did the partial restoration with the paint and chrome. He also did some extensive front end work, replaced the brakes, recored the radiator and also replaced the tires about 2,000 miles ago. He gave us a stack of receipts that go along with the car. I can't believe how nice this Jaguar is compared to others I've seen. What a stunner! Cond 2 PRICE $125,000
